Data Deletion Instructions

SpringBrand AI ("SpringBrand," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you full control over your personal information. This page explains what data we collect when you use our services, and how you can request deletion of that data at any time.

1. Data We Collect

When you sign in to SpringBrand AI using Facebook Login, or otherwise interact with our app, we may store the following information:

• Your Facebook User ID
• Your name and email address
• Your profile picture URL
• Account preferences and settings
• Content you create or upload within the SpringBrand AI app
• Basic usage logs (e.g., login timestamps, device type) for security and debugging

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For a full description of our data practices, please see our Privacy Policy.

2. How to Request Deletion of Your Data

You can request permanent deletion of all personal data we hold about you by emailing us. We process every request manually to ensure your data is fully removed from our systems.

Subject line: Data Deletion Request

In the email, please include:

• The email address associated with your SpringBrand AI account
• The Facebook account you used to sign in (if applicable)
• A brief confirmation that you are requesting deletion of your data

What happens next

1. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
2. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account from fraudulent requests.
3. We will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days of verification.
4. Once complete, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided.

3. Data That May Be Retained

After your deletion request is fulfilled, we may retain a minimal set of information only where required by law or for legitimate operational reasons, including:

• Records required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations
• Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify you
• Information necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

All retained information is held only for as long as strictly necessary and is protected by appropriate security measures.

4. Revoking Access on Facebook

If you signed in to SpringBrand AI using your Facebook account, you can revoke SpringBrand AI's access to your Facebook information at any time:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
2. Select Apps and Websites from the left-hand menu
3. Find SpringBrand AI in the list of active apps
4. Click Remove to revoke access

Important: Removing the app on Facebook only stops future data sharing between Facebook and SpringBrand AI. It does not delete the data we already hold. To delete that data, please email us using the steps in Section 2.
