This Privacy Policy explains what information SpringBrand ("SpringBrand," "we," "us") collects when you visit our website or use SpringBrand products and integrations, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you create an account, contact us, or use a SpringBrand product, we collect information you provide, such as your email address, role, business context, requests, and content you choose to submit.

Our hosting, analytics, and security systems may receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps. We use this data to keep the service reliable, secure it, and understand aggregate usage.

Google user data and Gmail integration

SpringBrand accesses Google user data only after you connect your Google account and grant permission through Google's OAuth consent screen. Depending on the Gmail features you use, this may include your Google account email address, granted permissions, Gmail message metadata and content needed to search or read messages, Gmail labels and message state needed to organize messages, and recipient, subject, and message content needed to send an email you request.

SpringBrand requests the gmail.readonly, gmail.send, and gmail.modify scopes to provide visible, user-facing Gmail features: searching and reading requested messages, listing labels, sending messages you direct, and adding or removing labels such as inbox, archive, read, or unread state. We access only the data needed to perform the action you request.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit or lending decisions, user profiling unrelated to the requested feature, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. SpringBrand's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we store and retain Google user data

We store the Google account connection, granted scopes, and encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens while your Gmail connection remains active. Gmail data is retrieved on demand; SpringBrand does not create a separate archive of your mailbox. Content and results you choose to use with an Agent may appear in your task or chat history so that the service can complete the request and show its result.

When you disconnect Gmail, SpringBrand deletes the stored Gmail credentials and connection grants used by the integration. You can also revoke SpringBrand's access from your Google Account permissions. Task or chat history is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, and resolve disputes; you may request deletion using the contact address below.

How we use and share information

We use information to operate the website and product, perform actions you request, respond to messages, improve reliability and security, measure aggregate performance, prevent abuse, and communicate product updates when you have asked to hear from us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or Google user data. We share data only with infrastructure, security, and model service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to provide a feature you request, with your direction or consent, or when required by law. These providers may process only the minimum data needed to deliver the service and must protect it under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data we process. Google OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest, transmitted over encrypted connections, excluded from model prompts and user-visible tool results, and accessible only to the services that need them to perform an authorized request. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, attribution, and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some flows may not work as intended if cookies are blocked.

Your choices

You can disconnect Gmail in SpringBrand, revoke access in your Google Account, ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, and unsubscribe from product emails at any time.
