Security controls & guidance

12 measures

12 measures shown

Account & API access

Session checks

Account-protected product endpoints check the user's session before handling a protected request.

User-bound API keys

API keys are tied to a user account. Review the keys you use and revoke an affected key where the product allows it.

Role permissions

Role permissions are checked for protected operations. Access depends on the account and the permissions assigned to it.

Connected services

Provider authorization

Third-party connections use the provider's authorization flow and requested permissions. Review what access you grant before connecting a service.

Approving Agent actions

Before approving an action, check the connected account, requested permissions, recipient, destination, and any stated cost. The accounts and approvals guide explains sign-in, connections, and approvals.

Removing a connection

Remove a third-party connection when you no longer need it. If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke the affected connection where the product or provider allows it.

Payments & credits

Provider checkout

Checkout uses the configured payment providers. For how payment-related personal data is handled, read the Privacy Policy.

Verified payment notifications

Payment notifications are verified before payment fulfillment.

Recorded account transactions

Orders, subscriptions, and credit transactions are recorded for account reconciliation.

Incident response

Protecting account access

Protect your sign-in method and devices. If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke the affected connection or API key where available and contact us so we can investigate.

Request limits

We apply request limits to selected endpoints to reduce abuse. No online service can promise absolute security.

Reporting a concern

Email contact@springbrand.ai with a description and a safe way to reproduce the issue. We will review the report and follow up through that address.

Sending a security report

Include the page or connected service involved, what you observed, and a safe way to reproduce it. Do not include passwords, private keys, full payment-card details, or another person’s personal data in your initial report. Email contact@springbrand.ai, or use our contact page.

Tell us what happened and how to reproduce it safely. Our team will review your report.
