▤ MarkdownAccounts and approvals
Know what you are allowing when you sign in, connect a service, or approve an action.
Signing in to SpringBrand, connecting another service, and approving an action are separate steps. Check what each request allows before you continue.
What each request is for
| Request | What you are allowing |
|---|---|
| Full Access during installation | Your Agent can install software, change local connection settings, and access the network for setup. You still need to connect your SpringBrand account separately. |
| SpringBrand account sign-in | An API key or browser sign-in lets your Agent use your SpringBrand account. Signing in to the website alone does not connect your Agent. |
| Access to an external service | A task can use the service account you connect. Check the account and requested access, such as reading data or sending a message. |
| Approval for an action | The proposed action can proceed. Check the recipient, content, destination, and any stated cost before approving. |
Before you approve
- Check that the account and requested access match the task you chose.
- If a request is unclear, ask why the task needs that access and what will happen next.
- For publishing, outreach, or payment, review the proposed action before it runs.
