Install SpringBrand in your Agent

Connect SpringBrand to your Agent and use its tools in your conversations.

1. Sign up or sign in

Create a SpringBrand account, or sign in if you already have one.

2. Install SpringBrand

Paste this prompt into a new conversation with your Agent:

Install or update SpringBrand: https://plugin.springbrand.ai/INSTALL.md

Enable Full Access before installation begins so your Agent can install SpringBrand and save its connection settings.

3. Authorize the connection

When your Agent asks to connect your account, choose an authorization method:

  • API key: open Account Settings → MCP API Keys, then click View installation key or Create key. Copy the key and provide it when your Agent asks.
  • Browser sign-in: ask your Agent to use browser sign-in, then complete the authorization. Keep the setup conversation open while it finishes checking the connection.

4. Start using SpringBrand

When setup is complete, restart your Agent and open a new conversation. Paste this prompt to check that SpringBrand tools are available:

Check the connection
Show me the SpringBrand tools available in this conversation.

Optional: install from the terminal

You need Node.js and npm installed to run these commands.

Run each command separately. Continue only when both succeed:

Install SpringBrand CLI
npm install -g @springbrand/cli@latest
Check the CLI installation
sp --version

Replace <client> in the connection command with the name from this table:

To connect with an API key, replace <client> and {{INSTALL_KEY}} before running:

Follow the instructions in the output to finish authorization and confirm the connection. Then restart your Agent and open a new conversation. If setup is incomplete or fails, see Manual installation checks.
