Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we use it, and how you can manage connected data.
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SPRINGBRAND, INC. ("SpringBrand," "we," "us") handles information when you visit our website, use the product, contact us, or connect another service. It also explains your choices and how to reach us.
Information we receive
Account and contact information. When you create an account or contact us, we receive information such as your name, email address, and the details you send us.
Content and activity. We process the prompts, files, task inputs, Agent actions, and results needed to provide the features you choose. Orders, subscriptions, and credit transactions are recorded so we can provide access and resolve billing questions.
Website and technical data. Our hosting, analytics, and security systems may process IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and similar usage signals.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies and related technologies support site operation, attribution, analytics, and security. Browser settings can limit cookies, though some functions may then be affected.
Google account and Gmail data
If a SpringBrand feature lets you connect Gmail and you choose to use it, Google presents the requested permissions on its OAuth consent screen. Depending on the feature and permissions you approve, SpringBrand may access your Google account email address; Gmail message metadata and content needed to search or read messages; labels and message state needed to organize messages; and recipients, subject lines, and message content needed to send a message you request. Review the permissions shown by Google before you approve a connection.
We use this data to carry out the Gmail action you direct, such as reading a requested message, listing labels, changing message state, or sending a message. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit or lending decisions, unrelated profiling, or training generalized AI or machine-learning models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested features, maintain accounts and connections, process payments and credits, answer support requests, protect the service from abuse, and understand and improve site performance. When an Agent task calls a model or connected tool, the information needed for that request may be sent to the provider involved in carrying it out. Review your task inputs and connected permissions before submitting sensitive material.
Sharing and service providers
We use service providers for hosting, analytics, payment processing, email, storage, and AI features as needed to operate the service. We may also disclose information when you direct an integration, when required by law, or to protect rights and security. We do not sell or rent personal information or Google user data.
Storage and retention
We keep account, order, subscription, and credit records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations. A connected account's authorization information is kept while needed to maintain the connection. Gmail content may appear in a task or chat result when you ask an Agent to use it; we do not create a separate archive of your mailbox solely because Gmail is connected. When you disconnect Gmail, we no longer use that connection for new requests. You can also revoke access in your Google Account. Contact us to request deletion of data associated with your account; some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or billing reasons.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect information and limit access to people and systems that need it to provide the service. No internet service can guarantee complete security. If you think an account or connection has been compromised, contact us.
Your choices
You can manage or revoke connected-service permissions, ask to access or correct account information, request deletion, and unsubscribe from optional product emails. Availability of particular rights may depend on where you live. Send a request to the address below and we will respond according to applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the date above.
