2 Automation Workflows by Task

One guide per job to be done. Each one says which part SpringBrand runs and which part stays in your own tools.

Sales and marketing workflows

These workflows cover sales and marketing jobs where research and production take most of the time. Each guide splits one job into its parts, runs the research or production half in SpringBrand, and names the tool that should own the rest, such as your sales engagement platform or your social media scheduler.

What counts as an automation workflow here

Each guide on this page takes one business job and splits it into its parts — research, production, sending, tracking — then says plainly which parts SpringBrand runs and which stay in the tools you already own. That split matters because most automation products sell the whole job as one feature and quietly skip the hard half.

Every workflow can be run from the page itself or from your own assistant over MCP (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, WorkBuddy). None of them run on a schedule: there is no cron, webhook or event trigger in the product, so recurring runs need something else to fire them.

Automation workflow questions

  • Can these workflows run on a schedule?

Not on their own. There is no cron, webhook or event trigger in SpringBrand, so a weekly refresh needs an external scheduler or a person to start it.

  • Do I need to write code?

No. Each workflow starts from a plain-language request on the page. Developers can call the same tools from their own agent over MCP.

  • Which tools do the workflows use?

Lead workflows route Apollo, Google Maps and People Data Labs. Social workflows route TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, X and RedNote for research, plus image, video and voice models for production.

  • Will more workflows be added?

Yes. New task guides are added to this page as they are published.
